A complete event ticketing platform built to take on the incumbents: event discovery, multi-tier ticketing, organizer dashboards, and integrated payment processing, with every transaction split between platform, tax and organizer payout. Since its relaunch it has sold over 27,000 tickets.

The challenge
Organizers of craft markets, concerts and community events need to sell tickets, run several ticket tiers and get paid without a spreadsheet in between.
Every sale has to be divided between the platform, tax and the organizer, and organizers want to pick their own payment processor. The money flow could not be tied to a single provider, and every cent had to be traceable.

Event discovery
Search by city and browse popular events nearby, so buyers find events without a direct link.
Multi-tier ticketing
Several ticket types per event, each with its own price and availability.
Organizer dashboards
Organizers create and manage events, track sales and see their payouts in one place.
Split payments
Each transaction is split between platform, tax and organizer payout, across multiple payment processors at the organizer's choice.
Audit trail
Every split is recorded, so finance questions are answered from data rather than reconstruction.
